Being highly sensitive, perceiving moods

More and more people become more sensitive and perceive the feelings and moods of others. They are also called highly sensitive. How do you deal with this?

When people resonate with the environment, that is, perceive the mood around them or feel what others expect or feel or "what's in the air", they are sensitive or even highly sensitive. From my own experience, I know that on the one hand there are people who are naturally more sensitive than others. On the other hand you can also train sensitivity and improved perception, which includes the gut feeling.

Highly sensitive people

The phenomenon that some people perceive more than others has always existed. But only in recent years has the term high sensitivity (HSP = highly sensitive person = highly sensitive personality) became popular. In the meantime, there are numerous guides that help you to recognize whether you are highly sensitive and show you ways how to handle it better and how to use it for yourself and your profession. In my circle of acquaintances, there are some people who have found only through the literature that they are highly sensitive. In the case of the highly sensitive people, the nervous system is designed to perceive subtle nuances in the environment. It is believed that 15 - 20% of people have such a receptive nervous system and that this is inherited. Highly sensitive people have a high sensitivity to external influences. They react more strongly to smells, noises, visual and haptic stimuli, making them more sensitive to touch and pain. The high sensitivity usually leads to demarcation problems, withdrawal tendencies and avoidance of certain situations or stimuli. And they can perceive and empathize with other people's feelings.

Perceiving other people’s feelings

What is more pronounced in the highly sensitive, every person has more or less. Especially children are more receptive to the moods and vibrations in their environment. And those who do not get "re-educated" - for example because they keep hearing the phrase "that's what you imagine" - can also rely on their perception later on. This has the advantage of being able to better assess people and situations because both the nervous system and the brain are able to process the perceived stimuli into a correct image of the other person. The perception of subtle vibrations can also be intensified. Unfortunately, an improved perception also has the disadvantage that, as long as one has not learned to deal with it, one is influenced by the moods of others. However, people who are sensitive also absorb feelings and thoughts into their own body energy system from others, often without them realizing it. That does not just happen when you're together. Even from friends who are far away, you can absorb feelings. Then your own mood changes without there being any reason for it.

When I did not know that the feelings of others affected me, I thought I was unstable. I was fine, I felt well and the next moment I was sad and could have cried without a reason for it. My moods changed abruptly. It even went so far that it made me dizzy and I slightly babbled as I stood next to a drunk in the morning. I did not drink a drop. Many sensitive people feel the vibrations of the environment in their own body as if it were their own feelings. Therefore one believes in the beginning that it is the own state of mind.

Some people also feel what "is in the air" respective in the “collective field”, as if it were their own feelings. They are suddenly full of fear, panic or sadness, although there is no reason in their own lives.

An energetic declaration model for high sensitivity

Looking at this phenomenon energetically, it is driven by resonance as well as by increased susceptibility to external stimuli. Everybody sends out vibrations. Sensitive people can perceive this. Just as they perceive the vibrational field that is generated by a larger number of people. A vibrational field produced by a larger number of people is called a collective or morphogenetic field. Those who pay attention to this have noticed, when traveling to other countries, that their feelings and moods are changing while crossing the border due to different values and moods prevailing in another culture.

Resonance with the environment

Sensitive people resonate more with the vibration of the environment or the person opposite. This can go so far that one feels the stomachache of the opposite person in his own body, without knowing that he has a stomachache. Resonance is like two gong-bowls hanging side by side. If you hit one gong, the other will start to vibrate without being touched.

To train perception has advantages and disadvantages

I consciously trained my perception in order to be better able to perceive in consultations what is wrong with the client. I also had to train to distinguish what comes from outside and what belongs to me, because I quickly resonate with the vibration of the environment. To perceive this is a matter of practice.

Perception can also be trained by using the LichtWesen®- products. I used to do this in seminars: in a closed bag was a bottle of water, in another a LichtWesen®- essence - the bottles were of course the same size. Many participants could directly feel in which bottle the energized essence was. Often they could also describe what effect the LichtWesen®- essence has. So one can also feel into different LichtWesen®- essences and train yourself to notify differences. By comparison with the description of the respective LichtWesen®- essence you can see if you were right.

An increased perception has advantages and disadvantages:

Advantages of increased perception

You can perceive more and make better decisions. It is no coincidence that intuition and gut feeling become more and more consciously involved in career decisions. Good investment advisers or people who speculate successfully with stocks have a good intuition. Good perception is especially helpful for people in counseling or therapeutic professions. It helps them to see more quickly what "is wrong". Quite often they perceive more clearly the client’s problem although the client does not want to see it.

Disadvantage of increased perception

One who perceives more and is thus exposed to a greater flood of information. You can feel the change of emotions in the person opposite, the mood in a place or what is "in the air" much clearer and is influenced by it. Equipped with this sensitivity, for example, it is difficult to be in the office or at a conference when the atmosphere is poor. It is difficult to have a conversation when you feel that the person you are talking to is tense or angry. One sleeps badly in hotel beds, because one perceives the energy of the previous guests, which still hangs in the mattress. When training the perception, it becomes more and more important to purify the absorbed energies. For this you can use the LichtWesen®- essences Roomlight, Michael (No.25), and Elohim White (No.58).

How to deal with sensitivity

When I notice that my mood and feeling change for no apparent reason, I wonder if it is my feelings or if I took them in from the outside. I then get a feeling for it: If it is mine, the feeling wanders deeper inside. Did I record it from the outside, the feeling wanders to the outside. For me, the intensity remains the same, that is, a sense of panic that I have taken from outside, does not weaken when I realize that it is not mine. As I perceive more about feelings, the answer shows to me as a feeling. People who are more visual can work with a picture and "look with the inner eye" to see if the cause lies in their center or outside. Cognitive people who have the "inner knowledge" do neither feel nor see, they just know where the feeling comes from. Of course, there are "mixed types" that both feel and know where the feeling comes from.

How do I handle this?

I do not value the feelings. Anxiety, panic and sadness are unpleasant feelings. Joy, ease and happiness are pleasant feelings. Pleasant and unpleasant is equivalent. Of course, I would rather have only pleasant feelings. But if I have unpleasant feelings, that is - meanwhile – o.k., too. I do not have to change them, even though they are uncomfortable. As well as I cannot change the weather. When it rains, it rains. When it's hot, it's hot. I do not score. I accept as it is. Of course I had to practice that too. And time and again, I do not want the unpleasant feelings, instead of just watching and accepting them, if they do not dissolve.

Feelings from others – a technology that helps

I took a closer look at my mood swings and found that I perceive many more feelings from others and then consider them my own, as I was aware. These are feelings from the person opposite, from the environment (i.e. the collective field) as well as from people who are far away.

My technique: As my mood changes, I mentally wrap the new feeling with healing energy and send it back to where it comes from. I do not need to know who was sending the feeling or where the thought came from. The healing energy can heal it at its origin. Again and again I am amazed at how quickly unpleasant feelings, and sometimes exhaustion, can be dissolved by sending it back to its origin, but wrapped in healing energy. If the feeling does not dissolve, then it is mine.  I investigate by "looking inward", thus observing my thoughts and feelings. This makes me aware of the wounds and beliefs touched on, as well as my own needs and desires. Then I ask the purple, the green and the turquoise ray of the Elohim for transformation and healing. And I ask my unconscious mind to be aware of all the information and insights that are helpful to me.

Demarcate yourself

Anyone who is highly sensitive or quickly resonates with others usually also has a problem to demarcate themselves. The LichtWesen®-essences  Michael (No.28), I am in my kingdom (German product label: Ich bin in meinem Reich), Mindfulness and protection (German product label: Achtsamkeit und Schutz) and the LichtWesen®- piece of jewelery  Bodyguard support you to stay in your energy field and enable you to demarcate yourself.
