Energies of the Colour Rays
This is why taking a break and regular exercise in nature is increasingly important to ensure our supply of vital energy. Movement that is designed to activate the flow of life energy, such as yoga or tai chi, is also beneficial. Furthermore, it is necessary to free our body from disturbances such as traumas and burdensome thought and behaviour patterns, old karmic entanglements and other burdens.
The body-energy system needs to find a harmonic stability. For this we can take advantage of the Earth’s powers and high-frequency spiritual energies. These powers all have their effects within the Colour Rays. We can establish a connection to them by means of meditation and guided meditations, and using the essences with the appropriate energy.

What are the Colour Rays?
Colour Rays - also known as Creation Rays - are more than just colour energies, since they represent the 12 principles of creation. Each Colour Ray represents a different divine principle with its own corresponding issues. So it gives off a different energetic impulse, works on a different area and sends other vibratory information. For example, the blue Colour Ray represents the principle of divine order and peace, whereas the pink one contains the quality of love.
The Colour Rays / Creation Rays are each composed of various high-frequency vibration fields, which have been used in therapy and consciousness-raising for centuries, throughout the world. Various cultures have different names for the specific vibrational fields. One example: Every culture has its “messengers between the divine and humanity”. In Christianity and Islam they are known as angels or mala'ika. In Tibetan Buddhism they are khandroma or Dakinis (‘skygoers’) and in Greek mythology it was Hermes. The Colour Rays / Creation Rays include the powers of the Elohim angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters, as well as the plant and gemstone energies.
The special strength of the Creation Ray essences lays in connecting all levels with each other, stabilising and harmonising our mind, body and soul within the new order. They prepare our energy system for the next learning, development and healing steps. So the individual energies can be specifically selected in a targeted way. The new order is stabilised.
What are the Elohim?
The Elohim are also known as Creation’s Angels since they are powerful forces within the process of creation. One of their particular strengths is their enormous transformative power. As “guardians of order and of light” and with the strength of grace, they clear energetic blockages, karma and confining structures down to the roots. They liberate us from thought patterns, ways of behaviour, complaints and dependencies that burden and confine us.
The Archangels
Archangels are powerful angels who are very close to the divine. They remind us of our own divine spark – and how our life could be. They also help to resolve blockages, cultivate skills and abilities, and recognise and live out our full potential.
The Archangel energies are more easily accessible to us than the Elohim powers since their vibration is closer to ours. So they can be seen as providing a link between the Elohim and humans in cases where the human’s vibration level does not permit a direct contact to the Elohim.
Ascended Masters
Ascended Masters are beings who were incarnated on Earth. So they have direct experience of the challenges in our worldly lives and bodies. Their vibrational frequency is more earthly and therefore lower than that of the Angels and Elohim. These help us to master our everyday lives by living out our talents, gifts, abilities, duties and goals and having our true being as our guide.
Crystal energies
Crystals have always been considered as carriers of special energies which can have an effect on humans. After all, there was a reason why diamonds (White Ray – completion, purity), sapphires (Blue Ray – divine order, connection to higher consciousness) and rubies (Red Ray – power) were set into crowns to be worn on the head (crown chakra) of rulers. Gemstones were also worked into ‘magic wands’, which we can treat as staffs for energy-work, and were enhanced by the vibration and effects of the gemstones.
Plant energies
Many of us are already familiar with Bach Flower remedies or homeopathy, so we know that plants can have an energetic effect alongside their biochemical one. The plant energies, just like crystal energies, can be categorised according to the Colour Rays.
