The power of the Ascended Master Sanat Kumara
is like a bridge. It connects cosmic and worldly energies, higher consciousness levels with the physical body, our current position with our goal, or feminine with masculine qualities. It helps us to see our inherent skills and abilities – which ones we want to cultivate and which ones we suppress or even refuse to see.
People who find it difficult to connect to earthly matter and who would prefer to be completely in the ‘divine’ ethereal or subtle realm will find this essence helps them to put down roots and enjoy being on Earth. People who are ‘overly earthy’ will find this essence helps them to connect to the higher self and higher consciousness. In this way we can recognise the divine within our earthly lives. Life becomes a dance, full of the joy of existence.

Sanat Kumara has the number 7. This essence also helps babies and children to root themselves in their bodies and bring more of their potential into their body, even in a baby before it is born.
Exercise for this topic
Imagine there is a paintbrush attached to the middle of the top of your head, reaching upwards to the ceiling. Now shift your balance so that this brush paints an infinity symbol (an 8 on its side) on the ceiling. Then let this symbol drift vertically downwards, passing through your body, and re-draw it at key stages: when it is level with your head, neck, ribcage, stomach, hips and knees, and then when it reaches the floor. After drawing the infinity symbol on the floor, let it float upwards to the ceiling again – re-drawing it at all the same places on the way. To close the exercise, request Sanat Kumara to stabilise the connection between both extremes within you.
