Perhaps you are currently in a very tense situation, suffering from stress, or you know that a stressful situation is approaching. Maybe this is also causing tension in your muscles and body. In this state of inner peace and composure, difficulties in situations, tensions and inner stress can all dissolve.

It becomes easier for us to relax again in times of stress, to remain stable and balanced, and to react in a considered way. If possible sit on the shores of a lake or sit comfortably and imagine this. Watch the gentle waves of the lake lapping at the lakeside. Observe the eternal rhythm as they lap back and forth, come and go, sometimes powerful and wild, sometimes gentle. Immerse yourself in this rhythm.
