45 - Zero

The energy of Zero

does not come from an angel, an Ascended Master or another being. Instead, this energy comes from the centre of being, from the void, from the whole.
It connects us with tranquillity and the peace of emptiness, activating our centre of existence – our own centre. So the experiences of users with this essence are very individual.

Additional notes on this LichtWesen essence

Zero has the number 45. We should only immerse ourselves in this energy if we are in a physically stable state. Since this power leads us into infinity and the all-encompassing, it can sometimes be perceived as ‘dark’ (just as outer space seems dark) and can spark fears or anxieties. So this energy can be difficult to handle, especially for people who are not accustomed to meditation and immersing themselves in tranquillity.

Exercise for this topic

If possible, perform this exercise in a room that can be completely darkened, so that you can keep your eyes open. Otherwise, tie a cloth or blindfold around your eyes so that you can keep them open without being able to see anything. The darkness you now see is not darkness. It is a space without light or a space which does not reflect any light. This space is not empty because everything that it contains remains present even though you are not aware of it. Observe how you feel in this space without light. And observe what happens when you fully accept this space without light. When you are finished with this meditation, apply the essence Zero.
