The power of the Ascended Master Quan Yin
helps us let go of things such as: outdated thinking patterns, excessive control, suppressed feelings, physical tension and muscular cramps, blocked energy, and inhibited behaviour (which make it beneficial in situations of grief). We can allow ourselves to take part in life’s flow and let life carry us without surrendering our own power and strength. This is life in alignment with the divine order. It also becomes easily clear when to act and when to simply let things happen.
In Asian cultures, Quan Yin is the Lady Master of compassion and healing. Her power teaches us tolerance and reinforces our feminine, gentle yet powerful side, making it easier for us to identify and express our own feelings.

Quan Yin has the number 4. Beneficial effects have also been felt in cases of lymph drainage, massage, when we have ‘had it up to here’ with something, and menstrual problems (where it helps to place it on the abdomen and/or the small of the back). Applying the essence can help make our tears flow more often (letting go of accumulated tears).
Exercise for this topic
Feel your body and allow your attention to be directed to an area with physical or psychological tensions. Imagine these tensions as a knot. The stronger the tension, the thicker the knot – a slight tension is like the knot in a thread of wool and a severe tension is like the knot in a ship’s rope. Apply this essence to the area with the tension and / or visualise how the power of Quan Yin flows into the knot. Imagine the knot loosening and gradually unravelling. While the knot is coming undone, you can breathe deeply and let out a profound sigh of relief. If this area of your body has a message for you, this is the moment you will become aware of that message.
