Stand up straight but relaxed, with your knees slightly bent and your feet a shoulder-width apart. Now imagine that you are standing in a softly flowing river. The water temperature is pleasant and you feel it flowing around you, bubbling gently. Let yourself become a water plant which easily bends and sways with the water flowing past it. Your movements align effortlessly with the currents. Allow your body to be as flexible as a water plant. You can imagine your arms and hands as parts of the plant, dancing with the water. Finally, request the Earth Angel Water to stabilise this quality of flexibility and flow within you.
