Fire has the number 35. Some therapists report that for patients suffering from illness, this essence strengthens their will to live and their vital power. In particular, it helps things to flow again in cases of chronic illness. If we are dissatisfied with a situation or we are ‘seething with anger’, the Fire essence can trigger an explosive discharge that is more ‘fiery’ than we wanted or are used to.
Exercise for this topic
Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor and your back straight. Imagine that in the centre of your body a fire is burning. You can decide for yourself what type of fire this is: a torch, a candle flame, a log fire, a campfire, or a gas flame, for example. Alternatively, for this exercise you can sit in front of a real fire and gaze into the flames. Now breathe consciously and imagine that the flames burn more brightly and powerfully with every breath you take. Gradually, a pleasant, warm feeling spreads through your body. You can decide how large the fire should become. Now request the Earth Angel Fire to adapt your inner fire to your requirements and then to stabilise it.
