connects the highest aspects of consciousness with the earthly ones. We integrate our abilities and the elements of our own consciousness and essential nature. It helps when we are in self-doubt, in situations where the connection to our inner certainty and strength has broken, or in situations where we feel as if we do not belong.

Jophiel has the number 28. The essence has proven to be beneficial when we feel tense without a reason, torn apart or stretched like an elastic band. It also supports us when there is tension in our environment which we strongly feel or which clearly influences us. Furthermore, it is helpful when our vibration level is raised, when a higher vibration 'is in the air’, or after our vibration level has been raised during growth steps and seminars.
Exercise for this topic
Stand up straight but relaxed, with your knees slightly bent and your feet a shoulder-width apart. Stretch your arms up above your head and imagine that this enables you to touch the knowledge of your higher levels of consciousness. Your hands are in contact with all the knowledge that needs to be integrated. Now take this knowledge and pull it down into your body consciousness. Do this as if you were pulling a pullover over your head and right down to your feet, dragging knowledge and experience down into your body consciousness. Then request Archangel Jophiel to integrate this knowledge into your body-energy system.
