The Archangel Haniel
gives us the power and courage to stand up straight, assume our full greatness, remember our true being, and live all this out. The effect is similar to a withered flower receiving fresh water. Then it is easy to see through the situation and the illusions we create for ourselves. In the end we also manage to see through the illusion of separation and duality.

Exercise for this topic
Stand up straight but relaxed, with your knees slightly bent and your feet a shoulder-width apart. Then begin to tilt your head forwards and backwards. Bend your torso forward with your head and arms hanging down, in slow motion, one vertebrae at a time with every exhalation. Bend down as far as possible, perhaps so far that your fingertips can touch the ground or your toes.
Finally, straighten yourself up slowly and consciously. With every inhalation, straighten one more vertebrae until your spine is fully upright. Keep your head and arms relaxed during the whole process of standing up straight. Once you are back standing in a relaxed upright position, invite the power of Haniel to enwrap and fill you, requesting it to stabilise your relaxed upright position.
