connects us with nourishing, motherly love. She heals the wounds of our heart, our feelings of being separated, and our feelings of being abandoned. After this, we vibrate ever more in alignment with the whole, recognising that we are entirely wrapped in love and can find this within ourselves, too. In this way, the illusion of separation resolves itself. We feel secure and protected, nourished and united.
Mary helps to see when we overstep our limits, fail to take care of ourselves, or give others more than ourselves. She nourishes us and teaches us to recognise when to say “No”.

Mary has the number 21. Children like to apply the essence when they feel alone or their mother is leaving.
Placed on our neck, cervical vertebrae or stomach, the essence can help to transform issues related to a dominant or missing mother. Since the Mary essence enhances our feeling of being secure and protected, it can also help ‘thin-skinned’ people who have a strong perception of and reaction to the feelings in their surroundings. It also supports people who do everything for other people but forget themselves. They can learn to say “No” and to recognise that a refusal can also be helpful for the others, who are presented with the opportunity to come into their own power and cope with their challenges and duties independently. Exercise for this topic
Run a hot bath and lie in the bathtub, or imagine you are lying in a tub of pleasantly warm water. If possible, sprinkle a few rose petals or drops of rose aroma into the water and add a few drops of the LichtWesen Mary essence. Close your eyes and imagine that you are submersed in the energy of the divine Mother. This energy embraces you warmly, protecting and nourishing you. It caresses you gently and warms you. Allow the love of the divine Mother to fulfil you.
