Exercise for this topic
Take a faceted crystal or imagine you are holding a diamond in your hand. This gem has many facets. Depending on how it is held, some of them reflect the light and others are in the dark – if the whole diamond is in the dark it cannot sparkle! We as humans are as multi-faceted as this diamond. Some of our facets are in the dark and others are sparkling. We find some of them pleasing but dislike others. Each facet, regardless of whether it is currently reflecting light or in the dark, is part of the whole gem and contributes to its uniqueness and beauty.
