It is also frequently applied when people go to exhibitions/trade fairs and meetings, since it helps them to remain stable in their own centre. Exercise for this topic
Stand up straight but relaxed, with your knees slightly bent and your feet a shoulder-width apart. Then begin to shift your weight slowly and carefully, to the front, to the back, left and right, circling – and observe the moments when you are exactly centred and stable.
Which movements do you make which take you away from this position of balance? Finally, shift your weight into the position where you are centred and stable and then request Lady Portia to stabilise your inner balance.
