The Ascended Master Seraphis Bey
helps us to sense, accept and make use of our own power. Our zest for life and the energy flow in our body are strengthened. This often leads to an increasing pleasure in movement and sports with the wish to train our body and to keep it healthy and fit.
Seraphis Bey brings consciousness into matter and light into darkness. Its power leads us directly into the midst of the material world. In this way, we become aware of our fears of the earthly, material world and our resistances against success, wealth, material possessions or status. Seraphis Bey has the number 13. It is particularly suitable for cleansing our aura and rooms or spaces (spray directly or thin first with water in a spray bottle, or put a few drops in an indoor fountain) and during renovation work (add essence directly into paint, one bottle for about 12 kg paint, then it will also cleanse the walls). Is equally suitable for energetical cleansing of gemstones and jewellery (use without thinning). For this, it is recommended to combine with the White Elohim Ray (Nr. 58) and the IntegrationEssence Crystal (Nr. 31).
The essence strengthens and harmonises the energy flow of the first chakra (base chakra). And it intensifies the connection between the physical and the ethereal body. Users found it supportive when fasting.

Exercise for this topic
Sit down and place a lit candle in front of you. Look into the flame. Imagine a flame burning within you – your inner light – the spark of life within you. Take notice of how large this flame is and whether it is burning steadily or flickering. If it is flickering then let it become calm. Then let the calm flame within you grow. Watch and feel as it takes up ever more space, eventually filling your whole body. If you want, let the flame expand even more until the inner light is as large as your subtle energy body – filling your aura. Enjoy your inner light filling and fulfilling you. If there are areas of your body which need warmth and light, then you might want to take a moment to let this warm candlelight – which is also the light of love – shine on and in those areas.
Now allow the warm light of the candle to blend together with the energy of the Ascended Master Seraphis Bey. Let this healing light shine into the areas of your body which you do not like very much or which are not healthy or which simply need some attention right now. Finally, request Seraphis Bey to stabilise this light within you and to adjust its size back so it is appropriate for you now.
