Animals cannot be deceived. This essence makes it easier for them to assume the role of “leader of the pack” or “top dog” without pressure or over-bearing behaviour. Instead, they radiate a natural authority which the animal perceives, allowing it to feel secure and to behave naturally.
The essence helps the human companion to understand and make use of the natural, evolutionarily developed way of behaving shown by each pack animal. So instead of being treated like a human or expected to behave as one, the animal is treated in a species-appropriate way.
