Description
Water helps us to ‘go with life’s flow’. We are able to adapt and integrate ourselves without losing our centre or our position. Like water, we find the easiest way to our goal even if we do not yet know what the goal looks like. In situations where we get stuck in particular ideas or behaviour patterns, the essence helps us to let go and open up to new possibilities.
